What It Offers:
• Up to 20% of the purchase price (program limits apply)
• Can be used for down payment + closing costs
• No monthly payments on the assistance
• Repayment occurs when you sell or transfer the home
Who May Qualify?
• First-time homebuyers
• First-generation homebuyer requirement (at least one borrower)
• Must meet county income limits
• Must work with a CalHFA-approved lender
