Lily makes sure that everything associated with the property transfer goes smoothly. In this latest property sale, Lily and her Team performed what we had believed to be impossible. The planned renovation of a rental house was scrapped. In August, Lily Campbell met us to discuss and get an update on my health issues, the load on my wife as caregiver, and the need to sell the property. The target was to prepare the property and have it ready for sale in December 2025. Lily immediately presented a path forward and we discussed the necessary steps. At the end of that meeting, I told Lily that she had our complete support and full authorization to act as our agent to complete the sale, and we would support whenever needed. Our long-term tenants were advised of the unfortunate situation and vacated on October 31, 2025. Lily met us at the house on November 1st, and preparation for sale started immediately. Lily's Team, led by Sarah coordinated with us almost daily, working tirelessly with all of the (contractors - some ours and some Lily's) to address painting, carpet, cleaning, maintenance and repairs. With this teamwork and coordination, the property was ready for sale in record time. Multiple offers and counteroffers were received in December requiring long hours for Lily and her Team. Following all of the counteroffers and negotiations, the escrow closed in the first week of January 2026 at a very good price. Without Lily Campbell and her professional Team, this miracle could not have happened, and we would be dealing with my difficult health issues and decisions at the same time as the sale of this property.
