I didn't come into real estate to chase a number. I came into it because I believed — and still believe — that a neighborhood is the most important place a person ever lives. Not the house. The neighborhood. The walk to the corner store, the school down the block, the family two doors down who brings soup when you're sick. That's what we're really helping people find.
Orange County has been my home for more than thirty years. I've watched Fountain Valley raise three generations of children who are now buying their own first homes, sometimes on the very streets they grew up on. I've seen Westminster's Little Saigon become one of the most vibrant cultural corridors in California. I've shaken hands at school events in Huntington Beach and taught new arrivals which morning is best for the farmers' market in Garden Grove. I know the best areas, which neighborhoods have the best value , and which neighborhoods are the next up and coming areas.
None of that is on a listing sheet. But all of it is the job.
“I never set out to be #1. I set out to be useful — every day, to the same community, for as long as it would have me.”
Somewhere along the way, the local MLS started keeping score. And earlier this year the latest reports came back. For the past ten years running, our team has been ranked the #1 real estate team in all of Orange County — closing nearly 1,900 sides and almost $2 billion in home value, more than any other agent across the entire county. In Fountain Valley, the rankings now stretch back 25 years; we've helped families through more than 1,500 home sales there — roughly seven and a half times the next agent on the list. And in 2025, Westminster joined the list too, with our team in the #1 spot. I am proud to say we are the most trusted team in Orange County when it comes time to sell your home and buy another one.
I share those numbers because they matter — but not for the reason you might expect. They aren't a scoreboard. They're a thank-you note. Every one of those transactions is a family who trusted us, who recommended us to a sister or a coworker, who came back five or ten or twenty years later when it was time for the next chapter. The rankings belong to them, really. We just got to be part of the story.
An open invitation
What I want my neighbors to know — whether you're thinking about selling next month, next year, or in 10 years — is that the door is open. Call me because you're curious about your home's value. Call me because you're not sure whether to remodel or move. Call me because your daughter is engaged and her fiancé wants to know what schools are like in Fountain Valley. That's the work I love.
The market will rise and it will fall. Interest rates will do what interest rates do. But Fountain Valley and the surrounding area is still here, still ours, still worth showing up for. And I'll be right here too — same phone number, same neighborhood, same belief that the relationship lasts longer than the closing.
Thank you for trusting us with your home. It is, and has always been, the honor of my career.
— Lily
