For Lauren Greaves, real estate is about much more than buying or selling a house. Whether she’s helping someone purchase their first home, relocate to a new area, or sell a home filled with years of memories, she takes pride in making the process feel clear, comfortable, and as stress-free as possible.

Lauren has spent the past four years immersed in Orange County real estate, beginning her career as the Marketing Coordinator for The Lily Campbell Team before transitioning into a client-facing role as a licensed real estate agent. That experience gave her a unique understanding of both sides of the business — how to strategically position and market a home, and how to successfully guide clients through every stage of a real estate transaction.

Today, Lauren works directly with buyers and sellers throughout Orange County, helping her clients navigate everything from the initial home search or listing preparation to negotiations, inspections, disclosures, escrow, and closing. She is highly communicative and detail-oriented and takes pride in making sure her clients understand what is happening throughout the process rather than simply telling them what to sign or what comes next.

For buyers, Lauren enjoys getting to know exactly what they are looking for, identifying opportunities both on and off the market, analyzing comparable sales, and developing a strategy that puts them in the strongest possible position when it is time to write an offer. She especially enjoys working with first-time buyers and making what can initially feel like an overwhelming process much easier to understand.

For sellers, her background in real estate marketing remains a valuable advantage. Lauren understands how presentation, positioning, digital marketing, and first impressions work together to generate interest in a property, while also providing hands-on guidance throughout the transaction from preparation through closing.

Originally from New England, Lauren relocated to Southern California and quickly fell in love with Orange County and its many distinct communities. Clients can expect her to be communicative, attentive, honest, and always willing to go the extra mile. Her goal is to make sure every client feels supported and confident from the first conversation through closing day - and well beyond.
