About Cabot Harvey

Originally hailing from the wide expanse of Wyoming, Cabot Harvey's journey led him to sunny California at the age of ten, alongside his parents and two sisters. Settling in La Mirada, his family found roots as his father pursued a doctorate in clinical psychology at Biola University. Growing up, Cabot and his siblings attended local schools while the family found community at Whittier Area Baptist Church, where Cabot later became a youth leader.

In his formative years, Cabot's love for swimming flourished, spending countless hours at a private swim club, earning numerous accolades. Following high school, he furthered his education at Cypress College while also embracing the quintessential California summer job as a lifeguard in Huntington Beach. However, it was his time at Disneyland, embodying beloved characters such as Goofy, Captain Hook, and Brer Bear, that truly captivated his heart. The allure of the beach led Cabot to Balboa Island, where fate introduced him to his wife, Gretchen, a native of the island with three daughters of her own. Together, they've built a family that now includes six grandchildren. Prior to real estate, Cabot ventured into the realm of distribution management for in-home healthcare products at Roch Pharmaceuticals. However, his passion for residential real estate never waned, leading him to obtain his Realtor license in 1998.

Beginning his real estate career selling homes in prestigious areas like Balboa Island, Corona del Mar, and Coastal Orange County, Cabot's diverse life experiences uniquely positioned him to serve his clients with empathy, care, and expertise.
