Lily Campbell and Kim Le helped us sell our home and then to buy our new home. They met with in the evening so that it would better suit our schedules and stayed with us for several hours explaining the entire process and answering any questions we had. They came very prepared for the first meeting, already providing a lot of analysis and a game plan for selling our home. We were very impressed, their experience and knowledge was honest, realistic, and very importantly, accurate! They managed our expectations well and were very perception to any of our concerns. As soon as anything would happen that we'd have a concern on, they'd call to check up on us to make to answer any questions. They provided a full service experience! With contractors, they called them, negotiated quotes, booked appointments, and even met with them at our house to make sure they did the work right! Kim helped stage our home and made it look the best it's ever been since we've lived in it. Kim decorated it with so many wonderful items that we wish we had met her to decorate the house when we first bought it! One of the reasons why we went with Lily Campbell's team is that we've been to many open houses locally and we've noticed that her open houses always have a lot of visitors, more so than others, and that was no different with our open house. We did one weekend and both days had a lot of people coming through. We had several prospective buyers (their realtors) calling the same day we listed to view before the open house and also after. After the first weekend we had 3 offers already and two being ABOVE OUR LISTING PRICE! They discussed all the options and told us which one was the most serious buyer and the best offer, but to also take it right away as no others would be likely to beat it and they were right! We accepted it and later on two more offers came but were still under the one we accepted already. She helped make sure we didn't lose our best offer buyer by wasting any time and she also helped negotiate a RENT BACK for us until we could found our new home, which was crucial for us. The process, paperwork, contracts, were all explained so easily by them, they made the process so smooth. They also helped us find our current home and negotiated everything in time for us to end our rent back right when the owners could leave so we were able to move straight into our new one no problem! The new home we bought was in a very competitive neighborhood. They also managed our expectations well there, communicated with the realtor and sellers and really STOOD UP FOR US when the selling realtor was trying to take advantage. Kim and Lily made sure we didn't get tricked during the negotiations and repairs, and we weren't just pushed around. If we ever decide to leave our home then we will absolutely be using Lily Campbell's team again! We absolutely recommend them for any real estate services because they go above and beyond for their clients! They were the most honest and upfront realtors we've ever worked with and they truly care about protecting their clients!

We worked with Lily and Cabot on selling a rental property in Huntington Beach and they were awesome to work with!
