They have a team of people that support them and do a fantastic job: office support staff, escrow team, home staging, home photography, website, handymen, and contractors. You may have your own fix it people, but using their people insures the job is done right and you stay on schedule! Staying on schedule is important. Lily's staging team does an amazing job. We had several moving company folks come to our house to give us a moving estimate quote. They all said our home was one of the best homes they have seen staged! Lily and her team stay in contact with you. If you have a question, don't hesitate to call or text them. They respond quickly. Once you get an offer or offers, Lily and her team don't stop working. There are counter offers and strategic planning going on. Lily is an expert at this! If you follow their advice and guidance, your home will sell quickly! Our's sold in less than 1 week after open house! At the end, Lily gives you a USB memory stick with all the documents. This is really nice to have.

This is my very first Yelp review and I need to tell you that The Lily Campbell Team is nothing short of amazing! Truly! We could NOT HAVE SOLD OUR HOME WITHOUT HER HELP! I don't say that lightly! We have purchased a few homes in the last few years and the difference in their style compared to other agents is like night and day. She and especially her co-agent, Michelle Serrano were a god send. We worked with Lily and Cabot on selling a rental property in Huntington Beach and they were awesome to work with! The property needed quite a few repairs and termite work to get ready and they were instrumental in not only finding the right contractors (they had an already established "ecosystem" of professionals to draw from), but also coordinating the work and making sure we didn't spend more than we had to. After everything was ready, they helped stage the property and make it look really nice. Their knowledge of the area and the local market was very useful as well. The sale process went quick and smoothly. Overall a great experience!
