Lily's team is competent and experienced. She insisted, before she would represent me, that I contact my CPA for tax repercussions of the sale.I kept calling her and she wouldn't work with me until she was sure I checked with my CPA and my capital gains would be safe. She even spoke to my CPA on two occasions. The bidding war was stressful because there was so much information from 25 bidders, and then counter-offers. The spread sheets Lily provided were very helpful! I would never hesitate to sell another property through lily or to recommend others to do so. Thank you so much Lily!

We lost my uncle and didn’t know what we were walking into. We were dreading handling my uncle’s estate, we live in Michigan and are far from his house in Fountain Valley. My uncle's friend who sold his house through lily many years ago recommend her.
